Online therapy offers flexibility and wider choice. In-person sessions may suit those who prefer face-to-face support. Many practitioners offer hybrid options.

Are listings verified?

Some profiles are claimed and managed by practitioners. Others are unclaimed placeholders awaiting confirmation. Where verification is available, we’ll clearly indicate it on the profile.

Why should I claim my listing?

Claiming lets you control your profile, select therapy types and conditions you support, choose online/in-person availability, and update contact preferences. It also improves how you appear in searches.

How do I claim my listing?

  2. Select Claim this listing.
  3. Complete the claim form and submit.
  4. Once approved, you can edit your listing and add full details.

How long does approval take?

We aim to review claims as quickly as possible. Times can vary based on volume and the information provided.

How do upgrades work?

Upgrades can improve visibility (for example, featured placement). We keep paid boosts modest so relevance and client fit remain the priority.
